Is exactly right. I have known too many petty, vindictive, and selfish women to say that women as a whole are better leaders. Many make great leaders, but so do many men while many of both genders do not. That is the problem with generalizations. They often do not hold up.

All generalizations are false including this one

Anonymous remark; widely quoted, but with no definite source located as yet, sometimes attributed to Alexandre Dumas Père, Aristotle and Mark Twain.

It was rumored a former female boss I had got her position via assuming other positions with the HR Director. To eliminate any doubts, this man was seen getting almost literally hammered by his wife in the parking lot with expressions such as "she's here" and "you brought her here" being yelled. Problem with her was, she was insecure about others in her department showing more competence.

The upshot of this was I was "fired" from my Government position but... I got a lawyer and we went to the Merit System Protection Board. I won my case, my record was cleared of that action and I got a settlement. (I could have fought for my job but the organization went through a downsizing a few months later)

Random "semi" political post: (sorry)

I've noticed the vast majority of posts by my "GOP" friends seem to be in the form of one line memes. I'm assuming I'm supposed to accept them all blindly as the embodiment of all that is great about the political situation. (and of course, how evil liberal socialist commies are)

I've also noticed the use of memes when a "conservative" is challenged on their statement in any thread.

Apparently, the fact this implies a very short attention span is lost on them.

I first remember seeing his name in the credits of Get Smart.

Any person that could collaborate on an equal basis with Mel Brooks deserves to be called a comic genius. (Did pretty good with Belushi too)
