IIRC, Track deployed to IRAQ in 2008, and Palin suggested after his first domestic battery during her speeches supporting Trump last year that he had PTSD and blamed Obama for it.

Because of course.
Because Obama didn't have a time machine to keep George W. Bush from invading Iraq.

Don't you know that even out of office now, Obama was to blame for the solar eclipse this summer? But the Almighty used this demonstration of Obama's evil power to show Real American's that the sun can't be trusted. So we need to keep digging that beautiful coal and keep drilling for oil everywhere in ALASKA, don't ya know.

I hear he flubbed the FEMA response to Katrina too. Who knew the reach of a freshman Senator from Illinois?!

Seriously, RWers say this!

Todd Palin has had enough. When does this pile of trailer trash with money start pitching a reality show?

Quote

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s husband Todd filed for divorce after 31 years, according to blogger Craig Medred, who discovered the court filings.

His lawyers filed to dissolve the marriage on Friday, saying the couple has “incompatibility of temperament between the parties such that they find it impossible to live together as husband and wife.”

The family has had a slew of legal battles and suffered from scandals since Sen. John McCain’s campaign plucked the former governor out of obscurity to run as his vice president in 2008.

The couple’s eldest son has suffered considerable legal trouble after returning from serving overseas. Their daughter has become impregnated twice outside of the “sanctity” of marriage, while advocating abstinence-only lifestyle outside of marriage.

“Action Today, don’t listen to liberals when they mock “family values” like they’re some relic of an ancient past. Rather, pass them on to your kids and watch what God does to change the world,” Palin once said in her book of daily devotionals.

None of the Palin family members have made a statement.

Sessions

Do any of you TRSers want to audition for the role of Salome?

Yes. I've always wanted to give drag a go, but never had the courage. Don't panic: I'm as straight as the railway across the Nullarbor Plain; it would just be a walk on the wild side. A one-off.

Like Corporal Klinger in M*A*S*H. He was straight, wasn't he? And wasn't he protesting against the crazy way the world was, and his place in it?
Reality is a hallucination caused by alcohol deprivation.

Only Satan can rebuke sin. The righteous don't know enough.

God is not dead. He was merely voted out of office.

You can do anything with anybody if you just save them the trouble of thinking.

It's hard to imagine or even fathom, this Ernest T. Bass** tribute family would have been a heartbeat away from the White House:

Remember the good old days ?

Drunken brawls (at least they had a limo), two out of wedlock births from an "abstinence advocate" daughter. A son with PTSD who is assaulting people, The husband who was making policy calls.

Here's Governor Palin's thoughts on their situation: (Spoiler: not their fault)

“Action Today, don’t listen to liberals when they mock “family values” like they’re some relic of an ancient past. Rather, pass them on to your kids and watch what God does to change the world,” Palin once said in her book of daily devotionals.

If you've got public schools paid for by taxpayers, you're in a socialist nation. If you have public roads paid for by taxpayers, socialist nation. If you've got public defense (police, fire, military, coast guard) paid for by tax dollars, socialist nation. If you're in a nation that has nationalized or localized delivery of services that are not paid for by users alone, you're in a socialist nation- the only question is how socialist. As I see it, we pay the military pay to protect the shipping lanes for our fuel needs which makes us very socialist. In a capitalist nation, the people supplying the oil would pay for their own defense force.

I could muster up the nerve to go in drag. But I sure can't dance...

Plus, I fear the severed head would still be spouting off you-betcha-hockey-moms-need-AR-15s drivel for years.

Forgive me, I’m unfamiliar with Alaskan divorce statutes. Which one shoots the other from a helicopter?

So does "incompatibility of temperament between the parties" mean that Todd is claiming he has some grip on reality?

Not really. Per reports from back in the day he just ain't gettin' none at home.
