Thank you Senator McCain...

By golly, I forgot to add in the usual "victim of liberal media" harp...

"As you can imagine, they and my extended family have experienced so many things (liberal media-driven) that may have crushed others without a strong foundation of faith, and I'm thankful for our friends' prayer shield that surrounds them, allowing faith to remain their anchor."

Speaking of faith, didn't St Paul say something about getting drunk ?

If you've got public schools paid for by taxpayers, you're in a socialist nation. If you have public roads paid for by taxpayers, socialist nation. If you've got public defense (police, fire, military, coast guard) paid for by tax dollars, socialist nation. If you're in a nation that has nationalized or localized delivery of services that are not paid for by users alone, you're in a socialist nation- the only question is how socialist. As I see it, we pay the military pay to protect the shipping lanes for our fuel needs which makes us very socialist. In a capitalist nation, the people supplying the oil would pay for their own defense force.

And now with police interview audio! Usually this is the kind of shit that tabloids have to make up. With the Palins, their job is so much easier.

Why admit your family got drunk and out of hand ? Its easier to blame someone else !!! Its the fault of the "liberal" media !!!

Seriously, at some point she is going to tick off her base somehow. I don't know what it would take to do that - probably convert to Catholicism

Apparently Bristol feels that if she were anybody else she'd be a "feminist hero" because nothing says feminist like getting shit-faced, crashing a party, and swinging at the host's head.

Sully just posted up a bit more on the crazy.

I know so many ordinary Americans that give their spouses/parents $40K vehicles for their birthdays and think that that is such a normal thing that they post videos of it up on the Internet and totally don't expect other people to interpret it as a display of how ridiculously out of touch they are.
Happens all the time, just regular folks.

Unknowingly, Woman Says ‘Bristol Palin Is Such An Idiot’- To Bristol Palin’s Face
“Trump’s a stupid man’s idea of a smart person, a poor man’s idea of a rich person & a weak man’s idea of a strong man.”

— Fran Lebowitz

“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we've been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It's simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.”

— Carl Sagan

Pray for Trump: Psalm 109:8

"Science is more than a body of knowledge; it is a way of thinking. I have a foreboding of an America in my children's or grandchildren's time - when the United States is a service and information economy; when nearly all the key manufacturing industries have slipped away to other countries; when awesome technological powers arc in the hands of a very few, and no one representing the public interest can even grasp the issues; when the people have lost the ability to set their own agendas or knowledgeably question those in authority; when, clutching our crystals and nervously consulting our horoscopes, our critical faculties in decline, unable to distinguish between what feels good and what's true, we slide, almost without noticing, back into superstition and darkness.

“As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.”

— H.L. Mencken
On Politics: A Carnival of Buncombe

“The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.”

— Franklin Delano Roosevelt

After reading that article between the author, the anonymous customer, and Bristol Palin I have the highest opinion of Bristol of the 3.

I thought the customer recovered pretty nicely by sending flowers. As to the author, I share your ranking.

White Trash Palins ... now even more trashier!

Quote

Track Palin, the 28-year-old son of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, was arrested on assault and burglary charges after he repeatedly hit his father, Todd Palin, at the family home in Wasilla on Saturday, charging documents say.

The charges mark his second domestic-violence arrest in not quite two years.

Wasilla police came to the Palin home Saturday after Sarah Palin called just after 8:30 p.m. to say her son was "freaking out and was on some type of medication," according to a sworn affidavit filed in court by Wasilla officer Adam LaPointe.

Track Palin came to the house to confront his father over a truck he wanted to pick up, according to the affidavit. Todd Palin told his son not to come because he'd been drinking and taking pain medication.

"Track told him he was (going to) come anyway to beat his ass," LaPointe wrote.

Todd Palin told the officer he got his pistol to "protect his family" and met his son with the gun when he came to the door, according to the affidavit.

Track Palin broke a window and came through it, and put his father on the ground, the report states. He began hitting him on the head.

Todd Palin escaped and left the house. He suffered injuries to his face and head, the officer wrote. He was bleeding from several cuts on his head and had liquid coming from his ear.

As police arrived, they saw two vehicles leaving the home: Todd Palin was in the first, and officers could see blood running down his face, LaPointe wrote.

Sarah Palin, in the second, was "visibly upset," he wrote. Officers learned Track Palin was alone in the house, and they could hear yelling coming from inside.

The white trashy goodness continues in the article ... and in real life.

If your child, even a drunk one, was angry and coming to your home, would you be holding a gun????

My guess is this kid has been out of control, full of rage, and violent for a very long time.

Good job of parenting, Sarah and Todd.

IIRC, Track deployed to IRAQ in 2008, and Palin suggested after his first domestic battery during her speeches supporting Trump last year that he had PTSD and blamed Obama for it.

Because of course.
