Was there some nefarious reason for the sinking like ANTIFA SEAL teams putting holes in the boats ? Or (my guess) they just sank by making big wakes and simply swamping themselves ? (IO Idiot operator error)

If you've got public schools paid for by taxpayers, you're in a socialist nation. If you have public roads paid for by taxpayers, socialist nation. If you've got public defense (police, fire, military, coast guard) paid for by tax dollars, socialist nation. If you're in a nation that has nationalized or localized delivery of services that are not paid for by users alone, you're in a socialist nation- the only question is how socialist. As I see it, we pay the military pay to protect the shipping lanes for our fuel needs which makes us very socialist. In a capitalist nation, the people supplying the oil would pay for their own defense force.

Then He realized there would be no one but Melania to bring Him MacDonald burgers and fries, and He was afraid. Then the wind, like COVID, suddenly, miraculously disappeared and it was completely calm. And Trump marveled at the wonderful work He had just done. Best work ever. And the economy recovered, the kids all went back to school, football resumed, the blacks were put back in their places, and thanks to the marvelous, gutted USPS, He declared himself re-elected. Best President ever.
When it was over, He said to His MAGAts, “Why were you so afraid? We'll always have Barr, the red states, the evangelicals, and of course Dear Vlade!”

Boaters began calling for help “almost immediately” after the procession for Trump’s reelection got underway on a lake west of Austin on Saturday, according to Kristen Dark of the Travis County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies ultimately responded to 15 distress calls and received three other reports of boats taking on water.
Images of the event show the water of Lake Travis choppy with the wakes of dozens of boats flying American, Texas and “Trump 2020” flags.
Dark said that weather on the roughly 19,000-acre (7,690-hectare) lake was calm, but that the tightly packed boats created large waves in areas. Deputies have found no evidence of foul play, she said.
The first call for help came at 12:15 p.m., and later distress calls were for boats taking on water, stalled engines and capsizing, Dark said.
Three of the boats that sank were towed to shore, while the other two were still at the bottom of the lake, she said.
I'd just like to take a moment that the people who caused this through their irresponsibility are drawn from the same pool that is telling us how most gun owners are very safe and responsible. Just sayin'.

He was waiting for Melania to join him. She arrived another 2 seconds later while he stood by the puddle of water, and as any husband-obvious would do, drew her attention to it for her to avoid it. For a split second he was headed to the helicopter after finishing the press availability, forgetting his wife were to join him. Quickly realized his error and chose to take a short walk. Who amongst us hasn't had that experience: forget our wife for a brief fraction of a second, realize our mistake, double back, and fervently hope it wasn't noticed, or if noticed, didn't cross the threshold of her tolerance lest a rasping rebuke befall us?
Whoever cut this video was being unscrupulous. It's a 'nothing burger'.
